Consultations/Supervision for professionals
I offer specialist psychological input for professionals who are supporting a child, young person, or family and need additional clinical insight. This includes Social Workers, SENCOs, Teachers, Therapists, and Support Staff working across education, social care, and community settings.
My role is to offer a supportive space to build a holistic understanding of the individual, and to help the wider system feel confident in providing care and support that honours their neurodivergent needs.
Here are some examples:
- Interpreting behaviour through a psychological lens (considering trauma, attachment, emotional and sensory needs)
- Functional analysis of behavioural patterns (using structured tools to identify what is causing and reinforcing certain difficulties)
- Strategies for school or home (practical adjustments, communication approaches, and environmental supports)
- Signposting to other specialist services and resources
My aim is to provide clear, evidence based guidance that strengthens your practice and supports the individual at the centre of your work.
I also offer clinical supervision for Clinical Psychologists and Therapists who are similarly passionate about evidence-based treatments and improving the wellbeing and mental health outcomes for neurodivergent clients. These may be one-off, case-specific, or ongoing.
